Breakie:

smoothie, banana choco muffin, & chai for 8 points
veg, whole grain, liquid
Lunch:
Chicken Spinach salad with 1/2 T dressing for 6 points
healthy fat, lean meat, and veg.
so far for liquids chai, tea, and currently drinking a tea as well. Probably a bit behind on my liquids. Better drink up!

Dinner:

pea salad, yam fries, rice

one chocolate square. 1

water, soda, soda
